In Memory of Janis

Loving  Mother, Treasured Daughter, Beloved Sister, Cherished Friend.
            After months of tears, anguish, and reflection we can truly believe that on July 23, 2001 an Angel named Janis earned her wings and returned home.

Shades of Janis

We have all been gently touched by our beloved Janis. Her love and support reached into our hearts, and will stay with us forever.  A day will not go by where we do not think of her. 

Any person who has stumbled across her path, has taken with them, a piece of Janis. Whether it was her gift for compassion, or her tender way she guided us all to a better place.

Janis  has reached out to an extraordinary amount  of people.  One person at a time, treating us all like we were so special. Because she truly felt that way about people. She saw only the good in those she met. Never addressing our faults, she never noticed are weaknesses. She was the first one to turn the other cheek , we learned through her, to do the same.

Gone is her sweet smiling face, for all of us to share. We will remember her gentle ways of never ending support, done so with pure unconditional love. They have been locked away in our hearts, but remain with us though out our day.

Janis passed through our lives for only a moment, but her memory will live within us forever.
